  51. At 16:17:43 EDT (20:17:43 UTC), Sunday afternoon, July 20, 1969, astronaut 
  52. Neil A. Armstrong spoke the words:
  53.  
  54.  "Houston, Tranquility Base here.  The Eagle has landed."
  55.  
  56. At 20:56 EDT, later the same day,  Armstrong stepped down from the ladder 
  57. of the Lunar Module onto the Moon's surface and said:
  58.  
  59.  "That's one small step for (a) man, one giant leap for mankind."
  60.  
  61. Edwin Aldrin followed him about 15 Minutes later, while Michael Collins 
  62. orbited the Moon with the APOLLO-11 Command and Service Module at an 
  63. altitude of 100 kilometers.

  65. To commemorate the anniversary of this historic event, a special Multi-Media
  66. Broadcast has been uploaded into the RUDAK system on the AMSAT-OSCAR-21
  67. satellite that includes the historic words and the APOLLO-11 logo in APT
  68. FAX format.

  70. AMSAT-OSCAR-21's RUDAK downlink is a frequency of 145.987 MHz and can be
  71. received anywhere in the world using a narrowband FM receiver when the
  72. satellite is above the local horizon.
